Everyone always recommends towels or paper plates for glider-based exercises, and they’ll work in a pinch, but I find that after awhile, I end up wearing a hole into the paper or getting stuck on certain types of floors. These sliders are double-sided so you can use them on carpet, wood, tile, or vinyl. They’re great for approximating megaformer and reformer exercises, or in their own right for functional standing exercises!
